Day 3.1 - Sculpture

At first it was easy and we made a metal sculpture....and I enjoyed it. I made a Penguin/Crab concoction and was amazed at my ability to wield lasers, MIG Welders, and Angle Grinders. I ended up finishing that piece on time and received an A for my efforts. I was thoroughly pleased with this outcome as I think that this sculpture is the shit. It's called The Essence of Crabness and he is amazing. Here is a picture!


Now as you can see, my little Pengucrab up there is pretty stylish! However...NOW we have moved on to making clay self portraits....and I....HATE....clay. However, my self portrait has been looking pretty good so far...I just am really rather afraid that it will be destroyed when it is fired in the kiln. I hope not because I'm proud of it. Wanna see? Of COURSE you do....HERE is the progression!




It's amazing.....at least I think it is!

Day 2.1 - Love

Love is a powerful thing, and I want to tell you all that I have been lucky enough to find it. It's taken a long time for me to finally find someone that I can just let go with and know that they will love me for who I am and not what I am. I've had a few serious relationships before but none of them were very....stable, to say the least. However, let me say that when I found Skylar....I knew right away that I wanted to spend my life with nobody else. It's such a different feeling to actually be in love than to feel like you think you are in love. It's so important to communicate and work through problems even though it may not be something you want to do. So....let me show off the man I love you ya'll.....drool away!

Day 1.1 - Twilight Gay

I'll have you know that I DESPISE this gay phenomenon entitled Twilight. It's utter rubbish and as far as I am concerned should be banned. Everything about it reeks of unethical values and decimates the core of what makes a vampire a vampire. It is common knowledge that vampires DO NOT in anyway sparkle like fruitcakes, you have them mistaken for the Jonas Brothers. How you could possibly mistake beautiful creatures for scum is beyond me. I myself went out and bought the monstrosity of a book and then had a beautiful book burning ceremony behind my house. The way the pages caught fire was breathtaking....if only I had taken pictures to commemorate that happy day.....
